Gelatin, found beach plastic. I chose to use gelatin as the binder for a number of practical reasons, but also the very close proximity of Dead Horse Bay to the project, (its not uncommon to find old cow and horse bones along the shore) as this was historically where the glue and tannery factory’s would dump the remains, hence the name.
